Community Association Management is Hiring a Resident Services Advisor Near Charlotte, NC
Job Description Community Association Management provides services to Homeowners' Associations (HOA's) throughout the Carolinas. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) play a key role in serving our customers. As a CSR , you would be responsible to:
Answer customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Research/resolve customer's problems which may require the review of statements, creating work orders, setting up payment plans and issuing credits.
Document all homeowner conversations in their account.
Update homeowner's contact information.
Maintain current customer information and correspondence by attaching files to homeowner's accounts.
Check general voicemail box and return calls.
Assist in preparing letters of violation and collection.
Attend HOA annual meetings and assist as needed.
Update HOA contacts and lists.
Notify realtors and introduce CAM as the management company.
Follow up on work orders placed insuring vendor completed assignment and homeowner is satisfied.
Perform other duties as required.
Experience and Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two years of customer service experience Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and IM
Ability to deal with stressful situations and solve problems
Highly organized
Ability to follow-through and provide complete documentation
Ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize
Professional phone presence
