Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Support/eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on position that will provide litigation technology support, database management, eDiscovery project management, and training to legal staff and clients. It will be based in Uniondale, NY, but will provide support to personnel in all six offices. Responsibilities include: Participate in client calls and coordinate collection of ESI from clients. Process ESI for delivery to document review databases. Coordinate processing of ESI by vendors. Create and manage document review databases (both in-house and vendor-hosted). Train and provide technical support for attorneys and paralegals in the use of document review databases. Consult with attorneys on eDiscovery best practices. Qualifications/Experience: BA/BS degree preferred Minimum 5 years of paralegal or litigation support experience in a law firm; managerial experience a plus Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with eDiscovery applications, both ESI processing and document review/production. Thorough understanding of the EDRM and typical litigation support workflows and process requirements. Experience with Relativity and IPRO is required. Experience with Scripting and MS-Access is a plus. Experience with Information Governance and various FTP software.Working knowledge of VM environment.
