Growth Strategy

The Growth Strategy team in the Enterprise Sales division is responsible for the long-term account development of clients. The Growth Strategy department is organized into teams, who each manage a portfolio of clients and play a critical role in maintaining and growing relationships with their clients. The Account Strategist reports to a Strategic Account Director/Manager to execute the strategic program vision and ensures successful management of projects and tasks critical for the growth and retention of the account. The role typically involves building strong and trusted relationships both with client partners and internal service delivery teams in order to ensure the smooth execution of projects and the program plan.

Position Overview

As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating account programs simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality. Your ability to provide leadership to cross-functional teams, manage complex campaigns, and drive process improvement will be vital in ensuring the success of our enterprise client initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans aligned to the program vision, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Team Influencing: Influence and guide cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the tools, information, and support required to execute their tasks efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor program progress, track milestones, and manage changes to scope or timelines, ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within resource management guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the service outcome meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate program management processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide updates on program progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in project or program management, preferably within the merch-on-demand, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software, Google Apps for Business, Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
