Tally is Hiring a Part Time Office Coordinator Near San Francisco, CA

As an office coordinator, you will oversee the day to day operations of the San Francisco office. In this role, you will prioritize, organize and manage tasks with confidence while living out Tally’s values. While your main focus will be on handling mail intake and processing, you'll also contribute to general office upkeep. This position focuses on providing coordination for our San Francisco office, along with managing remote coordination for our Vancouver office and off-site team members. The ideal candidate will be able to own the outcome, and thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Note: This person will be required to be on-site in our Financial District office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The impact this role will have at Tally:

  • Coordinate office management in San Francisco with office in Vancouver, as well as our remote employee population
  • Receive, process and delegate mail in San Francisco office
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Manage supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Own and manage relationships with core vendors (food, printer service, external cleaning operations, alarm)
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with all levels of executives, management and staff

Logistics:

  • The successful candidate must be able to work on-site at our Financial District office on Tuesday and Thursdays
  • This contract position is part time, roughly 10 hours per week
  • Compensation for this position is $45.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience
