Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains production and quality equipment by performing troubleshooting, installation, routine maintenance, and repair of mechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Responsible for pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic operations of equipment.
• Maintains facilities and grounds in a clean, well-kept, and efficient operating manner as needed.
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; follows diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by implemented 5S; complies with all Company and Federal safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions outside of normal working hours.
• All other work assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Pneumatics experience.
• Hydraulics experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
