Job Description
An eHouse Account Director will lead a multi-service portfolio of large mid-market to enterprise accounts and is accountable for the client relationship, strategic planning, forecasting, growth, and optimization. They will work cross-functionally with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across service lines that include paid media acquisition, search, CRM and retention marketing, loyalty, affiliate, store management, conversion optimization, UX/UI design, development, and merchant of record. This role is highly consultative and collaborative.
