Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for making sure that all clients, prospects, and colleagues feel cared for and receive the highest level of service from our firm. On a day-to-day basis, the Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for client service requests and is responsible for overseeing any account related service requests. The Operations Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing technology-based workflows to improve firm efficiencies and accuracy. They are a confident individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to multi-task various client requests and projects at the same time.
