EXCITING ENTRY LEVEL TELECOMMUNICATIONS POSITION WITH ROOM FOR GROWTH!

NetCarrier Telecom is a leading regional telecommunications provider that offers voice & data solutions to small and medium sized businesses. We are currently seeking candidates to fill several entry-level technical support positions in our call center in Lansdale, PA. Our offices are moving to Audubon, PA within the next 3 months. We offer full-time positions with advancement opportunities, competitive wages, and full benefits.

Job Duties

· Primary duty is day to day leadership and assistance to technicians in their roles.

· Working co-operatively with management across the company when communication between departments is necessary.

· Participating in informal quality of work discussions regarding the technicians with other supervisory staff.

· Quality checking of orders produced by the support department and ensuring they are moved along to the necessary teams.

· Review calls when necessary between technicians and customers and provide feed back.

· When necessary, perform past ticket reports to gain a greater understanding of an issue over a certain timeline. These will be reviewed informally internally, or formally with the customer depending on the situation.

· Assist in knowledge base documentation for adjustments or new additions.

· Assist with general customer complaints including escalated calls regarding customer service issues and when necessary, act as a point of contact (along with the supervisory team) until said customer has reached satisfaction.

· Attend a weekly meeting with the supervisory team to discuss current situations and plan how to handle future items.

Qualifications

· Willingness and ability to share knowledge with others in a way that can be understood. Coaching and mentoring.

· Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

All candidates must be available during the day 5 days per week for your first 4-6 weeks for introduction training.
