The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the BI department. This position will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Yankees business tech stack, as well as lead the evaluation and presentation of data analysis to create actionable insights to drive revenue.

· Develop and implement strategies and best practices for data collection and analysis, with an emphasis on data sourcing, data visualization, statistical analysis, insight generation, database querying, and implementing new vendors (where applicable)

· Own the overall Yankees data and analytics roadmap, and manage the current relationships with our data warehouse, CRM, and CDP providers along with all other relevant analytic vendors

· Manage, grow, and develop a team of Senior Analysts/Analysts in the BI department

· Create dashboards to support data-driven decision making in the Ticket Sales, Digital Marketing, Sponsorship, Yankee Stadium Events and various other NYY departments

· Utilize data insights to identify trends and opportunities for optimization across various marketing channels, including digital media, social media, email, and traditional marketing

· Automate reports and provide custom reports and metrics to senior leaders across various departments

· Create custom and proprietary renewal models for all ticket types, as well as upgrade probability models

· Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned
