As a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse(LVN/LPN) you will be working 1:1 in the patient's home; under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, (RN). Responsibilities include providing treatment and medication, safety supervision, documenting assessments, interventions, communicating changes in the patient's condition to the physician and RN for support.
We are currently looking for an LVN for a Adult Patient with G-Tube and Trach for the Following Days/Times:
Monday- Friday 7a-3p, NOC 10p-6a
