As a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse(LVN/LPN) you will be working 1:1 in the patient's home; under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, (RN). Responsibilities include providing treatment and medication, safety supervision, documenting assessments, interventions, communicating changes in the patient's condition to the physician and RN for support.

Requirements:

• Have a current and valid Vocational Nurse License (LVN) from the State of California
• You must have ONE YEAR OF PAID EXPERIENCE with LVN nursing license.
• Current TB test, CPR Certification, and physical (within the last six months)
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• G-Tube

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
