We are seeking experienced, 2-20 licensed agents to join our team in Orlando. 2-15 licensed agents are also welcome, but not mandatory for life and health. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking to grow within a reputable company and thrive in a start-up environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Providing outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Assisting customers with policy changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

Generating quotes for existing customers interested in new policies, effectively communicating coverage options and benefits.

Processing certificates of insurance in a timely manner, maintaining thorough documentation.

To be considered for this role, we require applicants to hold a valid 2-20 or 2-15 insurance license and have a minimum of two years of experience in the field. Individuals should have strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred. All candidates must be self-motivated and committed to longevity and professional growth. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
