Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Enter customer data and update records in the system with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues or complaints
- Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional products or services
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
