FLS Connect welcomes all conservatives that have worked in outbound sales, outbound fundraising sales, or outbound collections! We do remote political fundraising for the Republican Party, conservative candidates, and committees.

Work from the comfort of your home, working Mon – Fri with rotating Saturday is required with a scheduled day off the week you work Saturday. Full-time ONLY

GREAT COMPENSATION!

• Paid training! We provide the training, encouragement, and support at $11 per hour (or state minimum wage, whatever is higher) for the first 3 weeks.
• $16 base wage! $16 per hour base wage after completing 3 weeks of training with bonus potential of making up to $20 per hour.
• Retention bonus! All new hires are eligible for a $500 bonus after 7 weeks.
• Referral bonus available! Refer your friends and family and get paid.
• All telecommute/remote employees must pass a background check.

Requirements

• Must work Full-Time shift weekly , including every other Saturday
• Must work in the continental united states.

A minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience is needed to apply.

You just need your own computer, USB headset, web camera, wired internet (Ethernet Cord) NO WI-FI, and a quiet workspace.

All fundraisers, no matter their location, are required to have, and work in a quiet, uninterrupted, undistracted workspace. It is a vital requirement and policy to ensure we’re giving our client(s) the most professional experiences when speaking with their clients/members as outlined in our contracts. This is not a bring your child to work role.
