YOU WILL
- Develop, inspire, and retain Store Managers, providing regular coaching and feedback to build their knowledge and skills as team leaders, retail operators, and business owners.
- Conduct manager training for all new Store Managers, supported by Boba Guys University and the Executive Team. Utilize training tools and resources, including training tracker to monitor progress and attainment.
- Visit all stores within assigned territory on a regular basis to ensure Boba Guys standards, value, and culture are in practice at each store
- Develop and continuously refine the organizational structure such that it supports the needs of your stores throughout their lifecycle, from initial opening to maturity.
- Develop an effective succession plan and engage in active recruiting of Store Managers.
- Ensure that those guest experiences and strategies are implemented efficiently and consistently across your stores.
- Serve as the liaison between the Executive Team and the Store Managers, ensuring a clear and tight feedback loop across the organization.
- Drive strong and continuously improving financial performance across your portfolio of Boba Guys stores.
- Manage profitability of your portfolio by ensuring effective cost controls across labor and cost of goods.
- Continuously seek opportunities to refine standard operating procedures in service of improving the guest experience and achieving our financial, strategic, and operational goals.
- Ensure that the in-store operations are held to the highest standard across all stores and maintained consistently throughout your portfolio.
- Foster opportunities for your teams to learn from other teams at Boba Guys, in service of both the guest experience and team member's development and personal growth.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships

- Excellent with both verbal and written communication skills
- Agile and adaptable while be able to solve problems quickly
- Comfortable communicating with both senior level directors and front line teams

- Five years of fast casual or beverage retail management and supervisory experience required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to travel daily and spend time in vehicles, trains or buses regularly
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
- Available to work a 5 days per week up to 45 hours including weekends and holidays as needed
