Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Skills:

- Proficiency in bartending techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of brewing techniques
- Experience in restaurant or catering environments
- Familiarity with the food industry
- Ability to multitask and exhibit excellent time management
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Understanding of banquet operations
