Job description Attract and retain non-instructional personnel that fully meet the needs of the SDOC Operations Division by planning, coordinating and implementing effective programs of recruitment, retention, employee recognition and an efficient hiring process. Required qualifications, skills and experience Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Personnel, Human Resource Management, or related field. Bilingual skills preferred. Five (5) years of related experience and/or training in Human Resources, Personnel or School Administration required, or a master's degree in a related area plus three (3) years of experience.
