CHANGE Inc. is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Special Populations Coordinator. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license. Experience in Social Work or related field is preferred. Ideal candidate must be able to conduct client assessments, provide outreach education and case management services to at risk populations and their families throughout several counties in WV.
