As a Program Analyst Sr Advisor you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Program Analyst Sr Advisor joining our team to provide Excess Defense Article (EDA) process expertise in support of ship and aircraft allocation and transfer planning, with a focus on pre-Letter of Request (LOR) phase of EDA planning. Experience in planning and conducting Joint Visual Inspections (JVI). Experience in producing and providing EDA ship and aircraft transfer process briefings to interested countries. Knowledge of, and experience with, inter-agency process associated with EDA policy coordination, ship transfer legislative proposals, EDA congressional notification package development, disclosure policy review requirements to successfully allocate and facilitate the transfer of USN ship and aircraft made available for EDA. Candidate must work well as part of a team and independently on multiple projects and taskers of high importance. Must possess the ability to think critically and respond rapidly and accurately to incoming requests for information (RFI) of vital importance to FMS case development and sustainment. Must be available, reliable, articulate, and credible due to the high visibility of programs and issues that are assigned and staffed on a routine basis. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 10 years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Excess Defense Article subject matter expertise highly desired.
• Security Clearance Level: Secret
