Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service - Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages to cater to customer preferences - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operation and reconciliation - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Skills: - Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems (experience with Aloha POS is a plus) - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons - Ability to manage inventory, track stock levels, and place orders as needed - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales totals - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations We offer competitive pay based on experience. Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
