Qualifications/Competencies/Skills:As head of people, you will bring the following skills:

• Well-versed on HR challenges, issues, manager/employee conflicts, employee relations
• Your superpower is people, demonstrated by a deep care for every employee
• You understand what’s important to people and affirm that to them
• Strong interpersonal skills

Experience:

• Multiple years of experience leading a people function OR multiple years of experience in an executive role
• Experience establishing some of the following: compensation policy, career pathway development, performance management system

Compensation Range: $130K - $190K
