Position Overview
The Injection Mold Technician holds primary responsibility for overseeing the entire injection molding process, including its setup, operation, and troubleshooting. They are tasked with ensuring that the equipment functions optimally by making necessary adjustments for efficient operation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the injection molding process, encompassing setup, dismantling, problem-solving, equipment upkeep, and workflow management.
• Collaborate with production staff and R&D team to ensure molded components meet specifications and adhere to production timelines.
• Generate comprehensive documentation for molding runs to maintain traceability and ensure consistency.
• Deliver molded components promptly to meet production requirements and schedules.
• Uphold strict adherence to manufacturing safety protocols at all times.
• Fulfill any additional duties as delegated by management, with job responsibilities subject to change based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in injection molding and/or food manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Strong time management abilities and delegation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and effective organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working attentively and safely in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to engage in physical tasks, such as lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
