• Responsible for reporting on department dashboard & KPI's information heavily weighted to Commercial client satisfaction;
• Work to create operational efficiencies and enhance client experience through new or enhanced solutions;
• Identify and drive special projects related to functions within the Treasury Solutions team;
• Assist with the preparation and publication of internal and external materials;
• Work to establish a team culture, empowering all members to succeed and thrive;
• Responsible for successful audits of departments and timely resolution of identified gaps;
• Work closely with the Treasury Product Manager to define needs and identify priorities;
• Seek resolution for escalated operational issues to customer satisfaction;
• Build a trusting relationship with Relationship Managers and other departments within the bank;
