Be the leader of a teamassessing and driving achievement of program specific performance for multipleparallel projects, working closely with Project Engineers from other groups andthe Program Managers. You will partnerwith the technical resource managers, assist with staffing, and be the primary focalfor program cost, schedule, and technical issue coordination and escalation. You will lead prioritization of work packages,design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. The Platforms Center-of-ExcellentEngineering team includes diverse Software, Electrical, Mechanical, andFPGA/ASIC teams and you will coordinate all of them with our customer programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning, status, execution, and escalation
• Drive clear communications between Technical leaders
• Optimize the team through procedural improvements and automations
• Driving HW/SW quotation estimate efforts and approvals
• Facilitating various teams to solutions and agreement
• Drive and improve project engineering practices for Hardware & Software groups
• Process champion: project-specific operating systems and larger reuse and multi-project considerations
• Mentoring junior engineers

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
