Be part of a team inPhoenix Arizona in assessing and driving achievement of program specificperformance within Honeywell’s Military Avionics Engineering organization. Youwill be the engineering project leader of one or more small or largedevelopment projects. You’ll be the primary decision maker for programcost and schedule as well as a key stakeholder in addressing technical issuesthat may arise. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals andobjectives, and drive overall program performance for hardware on new andsustaining product development programs.

KeyResponsibilities

• Project leader for various programs within the Military Avionics product portfolio
• Lead program reviews
• Perform project Earned Value Management & Risk/Opportunity Management
• Engage and coordinate with staff and leadership from multiple organizations
• Ramp-up/Sustain/Ramp-Down Project Staffing
• Present Project Status and Technical information to internal and external customers
• Identifying and address negative project performance trends
• Address barriers impacting project performance
