Breakfast Supervisor position:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to assist with supervising all aspects of our daily breakfast operations and ensuring high levels of guest service and satisfaction. Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese and at least 2-year experience in similar positions in hotels or restaurants is a requirement. Hampton Inn or Hilton Family of Brands experience is a plus. Ideal candidate must be hands-on, organized, team motivator and adhere to brand, hotel and health standards. This is not an office position and requires candidate to work with the breakfast team. We require knowledge of and understanding of breakfast or restaurant operations. Food Safety Certification is required but we can provide it upon hiring.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with Daily breakfast Operations, including staffing, ordering, display and related.

• Assist with events and F&B items for meetings and functions.

• Trained and ready to fill in for any breakfast position that is needed.

• Support other Departments on peak hours or when needed.

• Training, supervising, scheduling of all breakfast staff.

• Developing staff for future promotions within F&B.

• Ability to directly supervise personnel in carrying out work schedules as well as spot checking to verify quality and employee performance.

• Planning, coordinating and distributing the work among all breakfast personnel.

• Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image.

• Planning and implementing procedures, systems and controls to ensure an efficient breakfast operation.

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality.

• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the F&B costs

• Maintain inventory control procedures and reporting.

• Manage in compliance with established company policies and procedures and in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.

• Receive departmental related guest concerns and ensures corrective action is taken.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.

• Commitment to deliver excellent services and quality to every guest and every task, every time.

• Ensure OSHA, ADA and Health policies are adhered to.
