COMPANY & POSITION SUMMARY
As an N Titleist, you will be responsible for representing our family of companies to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by putting the needs of our guests and customers first. To achieve this, you will build and maintain customer relationships while managing and coordinating the overall closing process for transaction files.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ability to work independently and proactively to meet timelines and complete tasks in a timely, efficient and error-free manner
- Establish and maintain proactive communication with and support of team members in numerous branch office locations
- Accurately maintain an ongoing daily task list (workflow dashboard) within RamQuest with no overdue tasks
- Open new electronic closing files and order various items needed according to established timelines to include title commitments, tax certificates, HOA certificates/statements of account, surveys, payoff statements, lien releases and any other workflow dashboard items assigned in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform funding and disbursement duties to support branch locations to include timely verification of all funds, balancing of incoming funds with scheduled disbursements and disbursement of funds to correspond with closing statements, contracts, bills/statements/invoices, receipts and any other supporting documentation
- Maintain and submit accurate monthly charge logs (with corresponding receipts) for upfront HOA statement of account payments
- Ongoing compliance with all internal processes and procedures as well as adherence to company, underwriting, state and federal guidelines and procedures
- Ensure exceptional experiences for all customers (internal & external) and team members by providing the highest possible level of customer service (service to the Nth Degree)
- Ongoing display of leadership qualities to set a higher standard for your fellow N Titleists, affiliates, customers, clients and yourself

Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior title company experience as an Escrow Processor or Receptionist (or equivalent preferred), but not required
- Prior working experience with RamQuest CCE is preferred, but not required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Friendly and professional attitude and appearance are required
- Excellent customer service and listening skills are required
- Excellent organization and computer skills, as the ability to successfully work independently offsite is required
- Excellent computer skills, as we are considered a paperless environment (with over 95% of work requiring a computer)
- Very detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle high work volume and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Possess the ability to listen, take notes and follow very detailed instructions to complete tasks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word and Excel) is required
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work offsite and independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible with responsibilities and proactively willing to assist other team members
- Punctual with good attendance habits
