Tradition Senior Living is Hiring a Business Information Analyst Near Dallas, TX
- Work closely with Finance leadership to transform data into insight through development of information reporting and analysis within Prophix.
- Partner with leadership to promote the effective use of data.
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests for adjustments to metrics, added views, and updates to visualizations.
- Leverage change management structure to understand needs for report creation.
- Build reports and charts to illustrate correlations, trends, forecasts, etc.
- Support Director of Financial Planning & Analysis with regular updates in models and reporting.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines, master datasets, and dashboards.
- Validate quality and appropriateness of source data.
- Develop and manage process templates and workflows within Prophix.
- Support Director of Business Systems in supplementing existing reporting as additional business system integrations are completed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional business partners in the Operations and Finance Teams. Support other members of the Financial Leadership Team through collaboration on company and team objectives.
- Demonstrate an adaptive and flexible work style effective for working with varied senior-level leaders, on-site team members, and off-site team members that are geographically dispersed.
- Complete other projects, special assignments, other tasks, and duties as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information, documents, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a business-related field; managing teams experience required; senior living-related experience preferred; involvement with various business management segments required.
- Strong MS Office skills and Adobe Acrobat skills required; expertise with Prophix required; familiarity with system integrations required; familiarity with Eldermark and Yardi preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Strong ability to adapt to, learn, and understand complex and cross-functional business information systems to generate key data.
- Ability to take loosely defined business questions and translate them into clearly defined specifications.
- Must present a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
- Team player able to foster collaborative relationships with functional teams across all business areas.
- Excellent attention to details and exceptional analytical, quality assurance, and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to handle confidential material in a professional manner.
