Your daily tasks will entail: Acting as the "voice of the customer" within our organization Executing primary research (internal and external) to gain insights into customers and prospects Integrating findings from cross-functional teams Generating and prioritizing growth ideas based on research insights Improving the customer experience through research-driven initiatives Fostering a stronger culture of customer-centricity within the organization What we expect from you: Extensive primary customer research experience: qualitative & quantitative Knowledge of the US eCommerce Market Strong executive presence and communication skills Excellent collaboration and results-driven mindset Ability to balance data orientation with creative instincts Experience with both consumer and SMB audiences Quarterly visits to Riga office Proficient in global, distributed work environments Background in custom print/apparel and content creator spaces will be considered as an advantage.
