Peachtree Hospitality Management is Hiring a Sales and Events Coordinator Near Portland, OR

The Sales and Events Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of sales duties, including supporting the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with other departments, and running sales reports. The employee holding this position should have at least two years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration and must have excellent communication skills. With direct oversight and support from the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will help ensure the sales team meets and exceeds goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, event coordination, or a related role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and sales management systems
  • Admiration-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team to achieve goals
Responsibilities:
  • Inputting rooming list, Detailed sales lead, and additional information into Envision Sales.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and demonstrate a client-first mentality
  • Coordinate events from turnover to execution, ensuring flawless experience and client satisfaction
  • Utilize sales systems efficiently to track leads, manage bookings, and analyze sales data
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and event strategies
