Responsibilities focus on the following:
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets, track monthly variance reports, operational analysis as well as forecasts.
- Monitor accounts receivable and manage tenant default situations.
- Review and approve all payable invoices.
- Oversee tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion of construction projects.
- Accountable for business and management aspects of the Dallas portfolio overseeing the operations, maintenance, administration, bids, and negotiating vendor contracts for maintenance and/or improvements for the properties.
- Perform regular inspections, recommend and direct maintenance and reconditioning of properties as necessary.
- Ensure vendor compliance with all contracts.
- 5 years of commercial property management experience.
- Financial acumen extensive analytical and financial experience.
- Ability to communicate proficiently, problem-solving/analytical skills.
- Independent work ethic. x Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and WORD.
- Experience with SKYLINE, MRI or YARDI is preferred.
