Department Overview:

The Global Cash Management team within the Shared Services Group (SSG) within Wholesale Operations works closely with global markets business, treasury, and internal corporate stakeholders to ensure efficient and optimal usage of capital while ensuring cash for business needs are met so that accurate and timely settlement of transactions occur.

Role Description / Areas of responsibility include:

The organization is seeking an experienced candidate in this Cash Management space at the Associate level to lead the US Cash Management team reporting both to Regional management and to Global Lead of the function.

Responsibilities include:

* Perform procedures and controls to achieve functional objective and mitigate operational and financial risk.

* Collaborate with business and corporate partners to project and then determine cash/funding needs and actively communicate and escalate issues along the way.

* Achieves high quality output, identifies problems, offers constructive solutions, and learns from experience.

* Keeps stakeholders well informed, makes decisions appropriate to their role, and knows when to escalate.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required

* 3 years of experience in cash management operations within the investment banking industry

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with acute attention to detail.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines

* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related area
