Dakota Kitchen & Bath has been successfully crafting high-quality custom cabinetry in Sioux Falls, SD for over 30 years. This means everything is made to order, as we do not carry 'in stock' items! We are currently seeking individuals to join our production team.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, dedicated, and eager to work. Given the nature of custom cabinetry, the team's tasks can vary with each order. Therefore, candidates should be adaptable and open to learning and executing a diverse range of responsibilities within their department. While prior cabinetry experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We are prepared to train and cultivate skills for suitable candidates.

This role operates from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays based on production requirements. There is an unpaid lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

All employees are eligible for benefits after their initial 60 days of employment. These benefits encompass health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and bereavement leave. The employer covers the first $20,000 of life insurance, and employees can opt for supplemental insurance through Aflac at their expense.
