CWWC is looking for an experienced woodworker to add to our growing team. Applicants must have prior experience with woodworking and carpentry. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills including custom cabinet construction and various woodworking techniques throughout the assembly process. Team leadership experience is preferred, but willing to train proper candidate with background in necessary qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead team of fabricators; organizing workflow and delegating assignments so that work is completed in a timely fashion.
• Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson/Manager.
• Build custom cabinetry in units according to the Project estimate specifications to meet client requests
• Build counter tops from cut pieces, apply edge detail with hand router, glue parts, add back splashes, heat form material for countertop radiuses and sand tops to a final finish before for installation.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on woodworking tools and machinery.
• Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
• May cross train to perform other duties.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1-2 years cabinetry and carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate across departments

Working Conditions/Schedule

Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
