Job Description Supervisor, Financial Services Operations Locations: Hybrid | Kansas City, MO; Quincy, MA We are currently seeking talent in anticipation of an upcoming training class to support our GIDS Core Processing team as they prepare to increase their team capacity to support new business growth. Training dates have yet to be determined; however, we anticipate classes to begin within the July-August timeframe. Get To Know The Team: As the Financial Services Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of associate level transfer agency representatives responsible for delivery service excellence to our clients and their shareholders. Within the Transfer Agency, we provide back-office financial services to Mutual Fund Clients and their investors. These services include establishing accounts, processing shareholder and broker/dealer trades, facilitating money movement between the fund and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more.
