Position Highlights:
- Building and maintaining community relationships that will enhance prospect inquiries and future growth.
- Responsible for coordinating sales efforts within the Leadership team.
- Responsible for growing census through lead management, relationship development and move-in coordination.
- Responsible for creating a positive community image.
- Carrying out external marketing and creating relationships with vendors for the Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods
- Overseeing community involvement
- Coordinate admissions to the Assisted Living and Memory neighborhoods, including handling inquiries either over the phone or in person.
- Work with individual residents and families toward adjustment to resident's care.
- Communicating closely with families
- Working closely with other departments in order to showcase the community to its fullest extent.
- Mature personality with ability to assist families in crisis connect with services.
- Self-motivated and dependable follow through
- Comfortable with discussing personal financial affairs.
- Basic knowledge on post-acute care to assist with finding appropriate level of care options.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience of 2-3 years in health care sales or admissions preferred
- Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills
- Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
