Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is Hiring a Procurement Systems Manager Near Fort Worth, TX

Qualifications

Job Overview:

Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President of Procurement and Materials Management (PMM), directly plans, organizes, supervises, administers, and manages all the Procurement Department Business System Applications and the Procurement and Travel Card Programs for DFW. This position also leads the development and analysis of required reports and manages the approval hierarchies for requisitions and request for payments for the DFW organization. This position will interact across all levels and functions of PMM to improve organizational efficiency through the use of technology and change management. This position also services as a Contract Administrator as directed.

What you will be doing:

  • Selects, trains, supervises, and develops subordinate staff as required in PMM Technology.
  • Manages and coordinates the implementation of the Procurement and Travel Card Programs throughout the Board to include the development and implementation of related policies and procedures, program monitoring and program review.
  • Establishes and manages cardholders training.
  • Develops procedures to determine individual purchasing limits, spending limits, number of purchase authorizations allowed per day, number of transactions allowed per cycle, etc.; oversees purchases to identify purchasing trends and reviews split purchases to circumvent established limits, fraud or violations which exceed established limits.
  • Works as Super User, in applications such as Oracle Fusion Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory, Procurement Contracts and iProcurement, in assigning user accounts, passwords, managing approval hierarchies for requisitions and requests for payment, establishing security access levels, and developing and implementing programs.
  • Provides System Support for the DFW Print Service System in analyzing, designing, and developing new functions and reporting features.
  • Acts as Project Manager for all PMM application implementations, system upgrades; coordination of testing, debugging, and quality assurance.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain Management or business systems analysis.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
  • Possession of a valid class C driver's license.

What we desire:

  • Oracle Fusion Certified Professional
  • ISM Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Professional in Supply Management or equivalent.
  • Business Intelligence Knowledge in query writing and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of banking/finance operations as they pertain to credit card operations.
