Summary:

The Maintenance analyst is responsible for the development, review, and analysis of LSP Transport’s overall fleet maintenance operations data including component repair analysis, data entry from 3^rd party maintenance activities, creation and management of metrics, and other appropriate activities in support of LSPT maintenance activities. Documents, maintains, and improves business processes to maintain and establish sustainable operational reliability and resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leveraging and joining different data sources to provide insight into transactional data, asset maintenance, operational effectiveness and productivity, safety, and reliability.
• Design, enhance, and maintain LSPT Maintenance metrics dashboard in alignment with LSPI’s Supply Chain metrics.
• Inputs 3^rd party Vendor repair orders into in-house maintenance tracking software for consolidated maintenance records.
• Management of parts inventory software and curation of usage summaries.
• Supports Fleet Maintenance Manager and Operations planning team by providing real time tracking of DOT regulated certificates and inspections on company assets.
• Promote continuous improvement methodology and techniques across the organization by assisting in the documentation and improvement of business processes across LSPT maintenance functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Understanding of VMRS codes
• 2 Yrs. relevant work experience
