Role & Responsibilities:

• Translate business goal into user centric design solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and the cross functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Participate in Pre-sales activities such as preparing project proposals, POCs, and developing collaterals.
• Prepare estimations and work on UI deliverable schedules.
• Take ownership of entire design solution form design till final delivery and drive visual design and UI development activities.
• Expertise in any other rapid prototyping tool is essential like Axure, Figma etc.
• Team management, project management and negotiation skill are in demand for this role.
• Ability to leverage effectively multi-disciplinary teams to increase overall contribution.

Desired Skill:

• Understand and practice HCI processes thoroughly.
• Experience creating Data Analytics User Interfaces (Data Tables, Data Visualizations)
• Resilient consulting experience by articulating robust user centered design strategy for software development.
• Can customize UX approach for projects varying from web portals, mobile app and desktop applications.
• Have hands on experience (& are passionate about) conducting UX activities including design.
• Design actual interaction, interface to convey our design approach.
• Should be well-versed with latest design trends and mobile first approach.
• Have excellent communication skills and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate/ PG Degree/ Diploma in Design - Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design or related field.

Portfolio is must for this position while showcasing applied knowledge of usability, user-centered design, and content strategy. UX documents must include site maps, flows, and wireframes. Portfolio should also show strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking.
