Position Summary: The Construction Director oversees all construction activities for Sussex County Habitat for Humanity (SCHFH), including new and rehabilitated residential projects and special initiatives. This role demands a combination of interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, along with a thorough understanding of residential construction, Delaware building codes, and a strong focus on detail and deadlines.
