Specific Responsibilities Of This Position:
Intake notes are attached Technical will work on-site with End User Services Team aka - PC Support/Repair team. Technical will support End Users in a Remote and Onsite support model.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build/Image Notebooks/Desktops with specific work instruction
- Hardware Inventory Management receive hardware count stock
- Prepping equipment for deployment or retirement Formatting Hard drives sorting stock testing of older equipment
- Deployment of New End User Hardware laptops desktop accessories
- OS Supported: Windows Linux MacBook iOS
- Troubleshoot Hardware and Operating System Issues
- Work from a Ticket Based System
- OS Supported: Windows Linux MacBook iOS Technical needs to be able to
- Interacting with End Users in a professional and courteous manner
- Adapt quickly to change in workload priorities
