Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at The Performance Lab. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for conducting strength training sessions, developing athletic performance programs, implementing injury prevention measures, and providing guidance on sports science principles. Additional responsibilities for the coaching position are to provide an encouraging, high-energy environment that builds confidence as well as athletic performance in our clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, and Athletic Performance
• Experience in designing and implementing strength training programs
• Knowledge of injury prevention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of various fitness levels and goals
• Previous experience working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach
• Certification in Strength and Conditioning or a related field is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is beneficial
