Location: Fully Remote Working in the EST time zone (9-5pm Eastern hours) Contract: 1-year contract (open to extension) Interview Process: 3 rounds 1st w/ Hiring manager, 2nd w/ Team, 3rd w/ Director
Note: We are not just seeking a heavy coder for this role.
Top Skills:
- SQL and data analytics experience
- Deep understanding of Excel and data manipulation tools
- Integral part of the tech team responsible for creating requirements for the tool
- Experience in query and testing, particularly manual testing across multiple systems End to end testing
- Testing using the test accounts, working with employees and customer to test their accounts as well.
- Customers are residential customers.
Technologies:
- SQL, Mongo DB, or similar technologies
Additional Notes:
- Approximately 8-10 years of experience required
- Strong attention to detail dealing with customer account data
- Proven experience in effective communication with stakeholders
- Ability to multitask in a fact paced environment and heavy communication (Teams, emails, calls)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Part of a 4-person team reporting to the manager in the Customer Internet device swap department
- Will collaborate with this team and other cross-functional teams
