Aquatics Operations Manager
The Columbia Association Aquatics Division is looking for an individual who excels in staff management to oversee 4 of our indoor and 23 of our outdoor pool facilities. The candidate must be able to work with different personalities to produce motivated team members while developing productive relationships with the leadership team at each of the facilities. They should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Spectrum NG as well as our hiring program Dayforce.
The applicant must have at least two years of team management/operations experience in the Aquatics field with knowledge of industry-wide standard practices,
terminology
and procedures. A high school diploma is
required
but
prefer a college graduate. A valid lifeguard license and nationally recognized pool operator certificate is
required
but a valid lifeguard instructor license and pool operator certificate from Howard County, Maryland is preferred. The salary range is $54,000 to $67,500 based on experience.
