Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The Resort Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the resort.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring all guest needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

- Oversee all aspects of resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services

- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue generation

- Monitor and maintain budgetary guidelines to achieve financial goals

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations

- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences

- Collaborate with human resources to recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff members

- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or resort operations is required

- Strong knowledge of guest relations, customer service, and hospitality industry practices

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette

- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of employees

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management

- Experience in night audit procedures is preferred

- Multilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
