EXCEL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Resident Apartment Manager Near Pasadena, TX
The property manager will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including collections, occupancy, and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Responsibilities
- Meet property collections goals
- Keep high occupancy and low delinquency
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Supervise all property staff
- Enforce all required documentation and daily reporting
- Creating a positive experience for staff and tenants
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of property experience
- Mandatory Saturdays 10AM - 3PM
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Detail-oriented and strong communication and managerial skills
- Responsible. reliable and dependable
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
