Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team. The Make Ready Technician will be responsible for preparing apartments for new residents by ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order. We will train for the below items that need to be performed.

Duties:

- Conduct maintenance repairs and tasks to ensure apartments are ready for new residents
- Perform painting, carpentry, ceramic tile and drywall repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing and electrical issues

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
- Basic electrical knowledge for repairs
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
