We engineer technology solutions, design and deliver enterprise training programs, and provide turnkey training facilities.

About the job:

Salary: $78,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, DOE

We maintain a wide salary range to ensure we're welcoming of people from a wide experience level and talent pool.You will be responsible for the ongoing success of Kinetic’s computer training facilities located throughout the country. This includes managing teams and overseeing operations in multiple facilities concurrently. You will play a key role on the leadership team, participating collaboratively with multiple departments in the preparation, ongoing management, and deconstruction of all facilities. You will support your peers and fill in for facility staff members as needed. You will ensure all teams represent us and support our clients with utmost professionalism. Frequent travel (perhaps 80%) is involved.

What you’ll do:

  • Be accountable for facility operations and business success
  • Onboard, train and participate in the ongoing management of employees, including regular performance reviews
  • Have a working understanding of the chain of communication and the stakeholders involved while interacting directly with our clients and vendors
  • Participate in the set-up/tear-down of each facility
  • Be an integral part of our leadership team for strategies, process improvements, and assessment of new facilities to support our clients

We’ll require you have:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology
  • An Associate Degree
  • A commitment to a high professional ethical standard, exceptional customer service and individual integrity
  • 5 years of business operations experience
  • A valid driver's license with access to own vehicle

It’d be awesome if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • A desire to learn new skills
  • An understanding of, and a background working with computers and basic IT

What is the physical work environment like? 

  • This position requires being stationary and upright/stationary, traversing, and reaching. There may be occasional bending, stooping, and holding or moving up to 25 pounds

  • Some after-hours work will be required

You’ll get to travel!

The Manager’s travel may include, but is not limited to, visiting several regional sites over the course of the year, participating in on-site set-up and tear-down prior to and at the completion of projects, and managing on-site staff and ongoing operations. You may be on-site for a few days, or a few weeks at a time. A typical month will involve three weeks of travel and one week at Corporate Headquarters.
