The Director of Organizational Development will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent development strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Implementation of Strategies and Plan for Recruitment and Onboarding
• Execute a proper training program for new hires and update innovations in the industry for ongoing education within the organization.
• Holding the team accountable for their measurable and assisting in ongoing training.
• Create action plans or systems needed to make sure that team members and clients are well taken care of
• Overseeing all day-to-day systems and processes of our internal training/coaching division.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

Qualifications:

• No less than 10 years of Real Estate experience. Preferably someone with team leader or sales manager experience.
• Teaching/training experience is a must.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of over 200 team members
• Vast experience in Google Sheets and Slides
• Experience with back-to-back Zoom conference meetings, as most of your team is from across the globe.
• Experience with international diversity in a workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
