Supervisor
As a Supervisor at LIVELY, you will play an integral role in building our retail experience and store team culture. You will coach, motivate and support a team of Keyholders and Associates in achieving store operational and financial goals. Owning every aspect of the store experience, you will infuse the LIVELY community ethos into every aspect of service that touches your team and your customers.
What youll do
* Coach, develop and motivate a team of Keyholders and Associates.
* Embody the LIVELY community ethos and communicate it to team members, outside partners and customers.
* Ensure your team provides warm, energetic, elevated and empathic service to everyone who enters your door and model this by providing such service yourself.
* Manage all in-store operational protocol and visual standards.
* Act as a point of contact for and assist with in-store community event programming in collaboration with HQ partners.
